The Mazda Road to Indy has attracted drivers from around the globe since its launch in 2010. Now the quest for a Mazda scholarship to enter the USF2000 ranks will have even more global appeal as the Mazda Road to Indy USF2000 $200K Scholarship Shootout now includes the champions of select junior level open-wheel and karting series from around the world.

The Shootout is an unprecedented event, bringing the champions of North American and international series together in a knock-out style format. The following participating series will be able to offer their 2017 champion an "entry ticket" to the Shootout, which will be a hotly contested event in the fall of this year. The winner will be awarded a $200K scholarship from Mazda to enter USF2000 in 2018.

Team USA Scholarship driver Oliver Askew of Jupiter, Fla., won the inaugural shootout in 2016 and drives for Cape Motorsports in USF2000.

Eligibility: One Scholarship Shootout entry ticket will be issued to each Official Feeder Series noted below for their series' champion. The entry ticket is non-transferable.
