Getting Started

Quick Links on how to get started in the USF2000 Championship

Mazda Road to Indy Summit Program

The Mazda Road to Indy Summit Program is a free off-track training program for registered drivers that complements the racecraft education on offer in USF2000. The curriculum includes working with the media, social media and marketing, what team owners look for in a driver, fitness and wellness, an oval clinic and more capped off by Mazda’s Business of Motorsports seminar.

Team owner meet-and-greets, shop tours and high-profile autograph sessions are some of the additional activities making the Summit a must-attend course for up-and-coming drivers. View 2012 Recap

Our Mission

The goal of the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda is to provide a professional, entry-level open-wheel training ground as the first official step on the Mazda Road to Indy ladder - a clearly-defined path to the IZOD IndyCar Series and Indianapolis 500.

The series trains and showcases its drivers and prepares aspiring engineers, mechanics and team owners for careers at the higher levels of the sport, while striving to maintain reasonable participant costs.

Our Background

For nearly 20 years, USF2000 has earned its reputation as the entry-level pro series of choice for career-minded drivers.
