LEXINGTON, Ohio – Exclusive Autosport returned to the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this past weekend for Rounds 10 and 11 of the 2026 USF2000 Presented by Continental Tire championship, fielding a strong five-driver lineup featuring Anthony Martella, Gabriel Cahan, Ayrton Cahan, Connor Aspley and Evan Cooley. Battling through a challenging weekend filled with changing conditions and intense competition, the team showcased impressive speed across the board. Martella led the charge for the team, capping off the weekend with a commanding flag-to-flag victory in Race 2 to secure his third win of the season. His teammates continued to deliver solid performances, combining for five additional top-10 finishes to keep the EA Squad in the fight for the Team Championship heading into the final stretch of the season.

"Mid-Ohio was a great example of the resilience and depth of this team," said Michael Duncalfe, Co-Owner and CEO of Exclusive Autosport. "Anthony's response after the disappointment of Race 1 says everything about his character. He came back the next day, executed flawlessly, and earned a well-deserved victory. It was also extremely encouraging to see the continued progress from both Gabriel and Ayrton Cahan. They continue to gain confidence, racecraft and consistency every weekend, and it's rewarding to see their hard work translating into strong results. Evan Cooley also continued to demonstrate the consistency that has kept him firmly in the championship battle, battling back to another top-10 finish despite a challenging weekend. We were also very relieved and thankful to see Connor walk away from his incident and receive the all-clear following his medical evaluation. We are grateful for the outstanding work of the AMR Safety Team and the medical staff at Mid-Ohio. We'll take the positives from this weekend, continue building on the momentum we've established, and look forward to getting back to work in Portland."

The weekend began on Thursday with an unofficial test day, giving the Exclusive Autosport drivers valuable track time before official action commenced on Friday with practice, qualifying and Race 1. Martella immediately established himself as one of the drivers to beat, pacing the team in practice before qualifying on the front row in second. Martella wasted no time in Race 1, taking the lead on the opening lap, but his bid for victory came to a heartbreaking end when he was taken out by a fellow competitor on the straightaway after exiting the Keyhole corner. Despite the disappointment, the team enjoyed highlights as the Cahan brothers shined in the caution-filled race, battling through the chaos to secure strong top-five and top-10 finishes, respectively, highlighting a resilient performance from the EA squad.

Saturday's second and final USF2000 race brought the weekend to a close. After weather delays impacted Saturday’s schedule, the race was ultimately shortened due to time constraints. Starting from pole position, Martella delivered a flawless performance, leading every lap from green to checkered to secure his third victory of the season. Gabriel and Ayrton capped off another solid weekend by bringing home top-10 finishes, while Cooley also fought his way into the top-10 to give Exclusive Autosport four cars inside the top 10 at the checkered flag. Unfortunately, Aspley's race came to an abrupt end after he was involved in an early incident that required a trip to the hospital. Thankfully, following a full medical evaluation, Connor was released, sore but with no injuries. The effort across the entire Exclusive Autosport lineup provided a fitting conclusion to another competitive weekend in the USF2000 championship.

The team continues to have four drivers in the top 10 of the championship standings with Cooley leading the way in fourth. The next stop on the schedule will take the team and the drivers to Portland International Raceway for Rounds 12 and 13 on August 6-9.

Race 2: Start – 8th / Finish – 10th
Driver Quote: "It was not a great weekend overall at Mid-Ohio considering the speed we had. After being taken out in Race 1, we had to switch cars for the second race, which proved to be a challenge. I had to get used to a new car so quickly and struggled as a result. Overall, it was unfortunate, but we’ll keep focused for Portland.”

Unfortunately, an incident in Race 2 brought things to an early end, but after being checked over at the hospital, I'm happy to say everything is okay, I’m just pretty sore. I want to thank the entire AMR Safety Team and the medical staff at Mid-Ohio for taking such great care of me. Driver Quote: “Overall, it was a very strong weekend. We showed up in first practice feeling confident and we showed the speed the whole weekend. Race 1: Start – 13th / Finish – 5th
Race 2: Start – 12th / Finish – 6th
Driver Quote: “Mid-Ohio was a good weekend for me, besides a gearbox issue in qualifying, but I didn’t let that dictate my weekend. Racing towards the front in both races had us finish 5th and 6th. I want to give a huge thanks to the whole Exclusive Autosport team for helping me have a good weekend. I also want to thank my engineer ‘Poodles’ (Robert Podlesni), mechanic Rod Scharf, and Oliver Askew. As well as AllPrint, and Molecule. Onto Portland.”

Qualifying: 17th – 1:22.390
Race 1: Start – 17th / Finish – 9th
Race 2: Start – 17th / Finish – 9th
Driver Quote: “Mid-Ohio was definitely a weekend of highs and lows. A mistake on my end during qualifying saw us starting the races deep in the field, which didn’t make the job easy. However, we managed to put together a couple of good races and secure two top-10 finishing spots. Although these aren’t the results we’re looking for, we still gained valuable experience, and we will keep pushing together going into Portland. Congrats to Anthony Martella on securing his third win on the season and as always thank you to all of Exclusive Autosport for all their hard work during the weekend.”
