Newman Wachs Racing put five drivers through the paces in their USF2000 cars at this past weekend’s Mazda Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires Chris Griffis Memorial Test, which was held on the 2.439-mile, 14-turn Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course.

Darren Keane, who completed his rookie Cooper Tires USF2000 powered by Mazda season this year, was the fastest of 18 USF2000 drivers in action during the two-day seventh annual Chris Griffis Memorial Test held at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway over the weekend.

As the Mazda Road to Indy season came to a close, Team Pelfrey participated in the annual Chris Griffis Memorial Test at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course this weekend. Further showcasing the #PelfreyPower development ladder system, five out of seven drivers have previously raced for Team Pelfrey in the F1600 Championship and/or the Mazda Road to Indy.
