Team Pelfrey announced today that Robert Megennis will re-sign with Team Pelfrey for the 2016 season and move up to the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda.

After a turbulent 2015 Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda season, JAY Motorsports is back with a vengeance. There have been an abundance of changes within the organization during the off-season in preparation for 2016. As with every new season, the main goal is to win the championship. This year, however, JAY Motorsports is hungrier than ever to do it.

It has been over a month since the 2015 USF2000 Championship came to a close at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, but things have hardly slowed down for Wisconsin-based team ArmsUp Motorsports. After a season full of highs and lows, the team finished the season off with a strong four car effort, now potentially preparing to increase the size of the program for the upcoming season.

Following an impressive weekend at Mid-Ohio, where he swept both the pole and the win in all three USF2000 races, Nico Jamin traveled to Monterey, Calif., to race in the two,final rounds of the 2015 Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda,with one goal in mind: win the 2015 driver championship.

Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing driver Nico Jamin won the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda this past weekend at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, September 10 – 13. Jamin is the fifth driver from the Cape Motorsports stable in as many years to win the championship. In total, the team has won nine USF2000 driver championships.
