Palmetto, Fla. – Andersen Promotions, administrator of the Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship Powered by Mazda, today unveiled an enhanced incentive awards program designed to assist drivers in SCCA, International Formula Ford and North American F2000 competition to advance their careers to the USF2000 series in 2012. The awards are valued at $108,400 which represents a $37,000 increase in incentives from 2010.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing announced today it has signed 21-year-old USAC product Shannon McIntosh to drive in the 2011 Cooper Tires presents the USF2000 National Championship powered by Mazda. McIntosh will pilot the No. 2 Mazda for the 12 USF2000 race events.

Palmetto, Fla. – Officials with the Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship Powered by Mazda today announced that Gerardo Bonilla will maintain his role as driver coach and mentor for the 2011 season. Bonilla, of Orlando, Fla., is a championship-winning driver in his own right and has established a prominent reputation as a professional driver coach over the past 14 years.

In 2011, race fans will have an opportunity to see an open wheel car from the Stevenson team charging to the front as the team is about to enter the Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship Powered by Mazda series for 2011.
