The chase for 2013 glory begins for Neil Alberico this week (February 5-6), when the highly-regarded junior formula car rising star takes part in the opening three races of the Cooper Tires Winterfest.

A field of over 20 drivers and 10 teams will begin their 2013 Mazda Road to Indy quest when USF2000 returns to the race track this week for the six-race Cooper Tires Winterfest Championship.

The symposium is a complimentary service to drivers, parents and teams associated with USF2000.

The signing represents a natural progression for Pigot, who served as a Team Pelfrey Development Driver last year.

MAZDASPEED Ladder and Mazda Road to Indy racers promoted include Spencer Pigot, Joel Miller, Tristan Nunez and Tristan Vautier.
