Victor Franzoni might be small in stature at just 5' 3" but he certainly stood tall in this afternoon’s opening round of the six-race Cooper Tires Winterfest for the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda, taking a hard-fought victory for Afterburner Autosport at NOLA Motorsports Park.

The fourth annual Cooper Tires Winterfest will kick off on Friday, February 21, with an expanded portfolio, plenty of track time for all three levels of the Mazda Road to Indy development ladder and two new venues.

Fans of the Mazda Road to Indy will be able to catch all of the wheel-to-wheel racing excitement in 2014 in high-quality HD with Replay XD as Official Camera of the ladder series.

The company today announced new hires in several key positions for Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires, the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires and the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda.
