Talented young Californian racer Bobby Kelley will drive for ArmsUp Motorsports in the opening two races of the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda at Sebring International Raceway, Fla., on March 15-16 – his prize for winning the inaugural Mazda Road to Indy Scouting Combine last December.

Mazda has supported more road racers over the past decade than any other automaker, and for 2012 is stepping up that support to include extended TV coverage on the new Velocity network.

The Mazda Road to Indy will be featured as part of the “Mazda Motorsports Hour” which will debut in April on Discovery’s Velocity network.

Rising American star Spencer Pigot swept all three races this weekend at Palm Beach International Raceway to emerge a clear winner of the Cooper Tires Winterfest Championship.

Spencer Pigot was a dominant winner of this afternoon’s fourth round of the Cooper Tires USF2000 Winterfest Championship at Palm Beach International Raceway.
