JDC MotorSports’ chase for top honors in the Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship powered by Mazda resumes this coming weekend (August 6-7), when the highly-competitive development series returns from its summer break via a pair of races at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.

It has been nearly two months since the last Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship Powered by Mazda event. Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing and its two drivers are anxious to get back on track for this weekend’s two races – Rounds 6 and 7 – at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, August 6-7.

Reigning Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship Powered by Mazda National Class champions AcceleRace Motorsports is pleased to announce it will resume its USF2000 campaign beginning with Rounds 7 & 8 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Brian Belardi, owner of Belardi Auto Racing, announced today that the Brownsburg, Ind.-based team will field a USF2000 car for 15-year-old Luigi Biangardi of Barrington, Ill. in the final six races of the 2011 Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship Powered by Mazda.

Rookie two-liter squad Sick Tea Racing continued its progression up the junior formula car ranks on Sunday (June 19) by scoring a strong seventh place result at the sixth round of the Cooper Tires Presents the USF2000 National Championship powered by Mazda.
